About the role

Responsibilities include:

• Designing targeted campaigns for maximum lead capture.
• Design compelling ad creatives and persuasive copy that resonate with target demographics, driving engagement and lead capture.
• Managing and optimizing ad budgets for ROI.
• Analyzing performance metrics to refine campaigns.
• Reporting campaign insights and progress to clients. Important.

 

About you

What it takes:

• 3+ years in Facebook media buying, specializing in lead gen.
• Adept at analyzing data and crafting actionable strategies.
• Clear communicator, especially with campaign data.
• Organized, skilled in digital tools, capable of managing multiple client accounts.
• Know how to create, run and manage successful FB ads that convert
• Copywriting experience (knows how to create follow up emails, LGM etc)

What's in it for you?

Compensation: Pay is account-based, rewarding successful lead generation.  This provides unlimited growth opportunities for the right person. 
 

The compensation is PER ACCT.  (300 base + 200 bonus for hitting  benchmarks. Imagine 100 accts (very possible) $50,000USD/MONTH.
