We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency that manages several e-commerce stores and affiliate properties.

Our primary focus right now is growing our e-commerce properties through social media marketing. The majority of our team is located in the Philippines and Asia so work hours are flexible.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced social media marketer to manage our Facebook and TikTok campaigns for our several e-commerce stores. You will be responsible for creating new campaigns daily on both TikTok and Facebook Ad campaigns, responsible for setting up new business managers/ad accounts for new stores when we launch them, coordinating with design teams to make sure we have creatives to launch new campaigns and adding pixels and making sure new pixels are installed properly. Experience working with MultiLogin to log into multiple Facebook profiles.

Your main responsibilities as an E-commerce Facebook & TikTok Ad Manager will include:

• Creating 8 new campaigns every day. You will be creating 4 campaigns on Facebook and 4 campaigns on Tik Tok daily.
• Communicating with the design/creative team to make sure all creatives are ready for new campaigns
• Writing/Rewriting ad copy for ad creatives. (not 100% necessary but a plus)
• Managing Facebook pages & Facebook feedback scores to make sure our ad accounts don't get suspended.

ABOUT YOU

The skills of the most suitable candidate:

• Very good level of English language both verbal and written
• Strong communication, leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Experience with managing TikTok ad campaigns
• Experience with managing Facebook ad campaigns
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to write or edit ad copy
• Comfortable managing over $1,000+/day ad spend on Facebook & TikTok
• Comfortable hitting KPIs for setting up new campaigns

We hope for this person to manage all of our TikTok and Facebook campaigns for our 5-10 e-commerce stores. You will ideally be setting up 8 new campaigns every day accross all ad platforms.
