We are an 8-figure eCommerce holding company that has successfully scaled multiple brands past 7 figures in under a year. We’re projected to hit a $20m run rate in 2022, with the aim of growing to 9 figures in 2023 and we need your help!

Over the last couple of months, we have identified key team members missing in our organization in order to grow to the next level.

That’s why we’re looking for an experienced email/sms marketing coordinator who is ready to jump into our fast-paced environment and help turn first time buyers into repeat purchasers & provide amazing value to our customer base across our suite of brands. Our company is like one giant incubator for future brands. We constantly pump out new winning offers & ads in varying niches, from health to pet, to home electronics.

However, one missing piece is a focus on email marketing, SMS marketing and retention (CEO speaking) so I’m looking to hire an expert to join our team!

WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INCLUDE?

• Writing engaging copy for email & SMS campaigns
• Creating email flows for new brands using the Klaviyo email marketing software
• A/B testing email flows for existing brands using the Klaviyo email marketing software
• Creating the email marketing calendar with key dates and offers planned out
• Creating & scheduling manual email campaigns across our suite of brands using Klaviyo email marketing software
• Creating SMS flows for new brands using SMSBump software
• Briefing graphics & managing our graphic design agency
• Create & update SOPs to ensure the our email marketing systems are continually improved upon according to current best practice
• Pushing towards retention targets

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

- 1+ years experience working with email and SMS marketing (preferably in eCommerce)

- Have used and are adept with Klaviyo email marketing software

- Detailed oriented and meticulous

- You are a self-starter and can work independently without supervision

- You are comfortable working remotely, at your own time

- You have excellent written/spoken English skills so that you can easily collaborate with our team

- You are comfortable working with other people remotely

- You are open to change and feedback

- You are proactive and constantly finding new ways to improve your performance

- You take pride in the results that you deliver

DESIRABLE

- Experience with Shopify

- Experience with SMS Bump

- Completion of email/retention marketing courses
