About the role

Within this role, you will use your expertise to make sure campaigns are launched without errors and in a timely manner. Working with the rest of our content team you will be responsible for producing attractive and effective email campaigns, designing and building automations and simple sales funnels, maintaining and growing client email lists, and tracking the effectiveness of all our campaigns. 

**Please don’t apply unless you have experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously. 

What you’ll do or be responsible for:

  • Designing, scheduling, and tracking all client email campaigns
  • Building simple sales funnels 
  • Creating and maintaining automations
  • Growing client email lists
  • Creating and maintaining client audience segments
  • Building and updating client landing pages 
  • Ensuring all systems and integrations operate smoothly 
  • Ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in all email communication
  • Identifying issues and coming up with possible solutions (problem-solving skills are necessary for this role)
  • **Design experience and understanding of HTML a huge plus

Depending on your level of experience and availability this role could be part-time or full-time. While the work for this role is mostly asynchronous, you must have some crossover availability between 9-5 PM Eastern Time for meetings and check-ins.

About you

We are looking for a professional with a can-do attitude and a reliable, trustworthy, and upbeat personality. This is a great role for someone who likes working on a bunch of interesting projects, likes to build and improve systems, and has an eye for detail. 

If you’re the sort of person who just likes to check things off your to-do list and do as you’re told, this probably isn’t the right fit for you. 

Our ideal candidate has the following skills, abilities, and experience:

  • 3+ years of experience with digital marketing, especially in the domain of email and funnel building
  • Is well-versed in digital marketing and capable of building and executing clear systems and processes
  • Has experience working in a digital marketing agency
  • Can proactively prioritize, manage, and complete multiple projects simultaneously to deliver projects on schedule
  • Has exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Has the ability to learn new tech tools quickly
  • Has a hands-on approach with an extremely high ability to figure things out
  • Full professional proficiency with the English language
  • 2+ years experience with the following software or equivalents (ActiveCampaign, Wordpress, Zapier, Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager, Canva)
  • Must also be able to integrate multiple software applications
  • Basic understanding of HTML 
  • Basic graphic design skills

OPTIONAL BUT A BIG PLUS:

  • Experience setting up and running local FB & Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience with Front-End Web-Development 
  • Experience editing and proof-reading (English) 
  • Customer Success or Account Management experience
  • Experience working with ClickUp
