We are Lustelle, a new but growing beauty brand based in Australia that gives back to women emerging from less-fortunate life situations. We are looking for an ads/creative strategist to spearhead the creation of ads for our brand. You will be an integral part of our growth, strategising and directing content creators for particular campaigns, and then working 1-1 with our video editor to compose content into highly converting advertisements.
In short - you will be in charge of making our ads!
The position right now is part time and 20 hours per week, however as we grow there will be an increased demand for more work and higher level work too. We'd love to train you into our future creative director.
Our Ads Strategist role will be directly responsible for our advertising performance on paid social channels, primarily facebook, instagram and youtube. However you will be creating ads, not managing them.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of direct response marketing, copywriting, and creatives that convert.
We firmly believe that the creatives do 80% of the heavy lifting in our online marketing efforts. You’ll be working closely with our founder and director, along with our video editor to make sure our creatives are doing that heavy lifting!
