About the role

  • Daily management and optimization of sales funnels, handling everything from ad creation to landing page design and conversion strategies.
  • Mastery of top funnel ads, mid-funnel landing pages, and bottom-funnel conversion methods, primarily through Meta Ads and Google PPC.
  • Setting KPIs, tracking performance, and developing processes for continuous enhancement.
  • Collaborating with various teams to test and implement creative ideas, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Working with leadership to set and manage budgets, goals, and objectives.
  • Conducting comprehensive sales reporting and providing detailed recaps.
  • Spearheading asset creation and copywriting.
  • Managing ongoing split tests.
  • Working in tandem with the Customer Service team to foster a positive customer experience and encourage positive reviews.

We are on the lookout for a dynamic E-Commerce Growth Marketer, someone who blends technical savvy in software with a flair for creative and strategic thinking. At Baloo Living, we champion continuous learning and improvement. We support the growth and development of our team members, and in this role, you'll be a key player in expanding our digital presence. Your responsibilities will include crafting and refining sales funnels, enhancing our Shopify platform, and collaborating closely with our Marketing Director. This role is perfect for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and driven to excel in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of direct E-commerce experience.
  • Proficient in E-commerce marketing strategies.
  • Proven track record in executing a wide range of successful paid media campaigns.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Strong grasp of web technologies, analytics, and reporting.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and solution-oriented.
  • Robust analytical skills and understanding of advertising metrics.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and Google Analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing funnels.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Facebook advertising.
  • Familiarity with Shopify.
  • Bonus: Experience working with Replo.
