Digital Marketing Specialist [CLOSED]

Incrementum Digital is seeking a passionate, curious, and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in driving awareness for the company through content amplification and measurement.. The ideal candidate will be humble, curious, and capable of executing across email, paid ads, funnels and refining complex data sets into clear, understandable narratives with actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

• Segment,develop and implement email marketing strategies to nurture our audience.
• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta campaigns and pixel setup.
• Analyze data and provide comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
• Create and optimize funnels for lead generation.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Email Marketing Conversion Rates
• Paid Advertising ROI
• Increased lead generation

Qualifications:

• Experience in digital marketing, specifically in content amplification and analytics.
• Proficient in various paid social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Ability to create funnel using Hubspot
• Excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 5 years experience in a digital marketing In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
