Digital Marketing Research Assistant [CLOSED]

What I am looking for:

I am looking for a digital marketing research assistant to help me research and compile the best examples of marketing, sales, and copywriting material to create a master swipe file.

Why am I creating a Swipe File Directory?

People are always looking for inspiration when they are working on their own marketing material. There are many different websites they need to research to find good examples that they can use for inspiration. I'd like to make this easier for them by compiling all these examples on one website.

Here are some examples of material you might be researching:

• Landing Pages
• Order Bumps
• Upsells / Cross Sells
• Funnels
• Email Sequences
• Ads
• Advertorials
• Lead Magnet
• Optin-Form
• Copywriting Inspiration
• Media Kits
• Marketing Trends
• Deep Dives
• Unique/Interesting Business Models
• Templates
• Blueprints
• Checklists
• Growth marketing strategies
• AMAS
• Case Studies
• Packaging
• Product Inserts

Initially we will be focusing on these examples for e-commerce, affiliate, and SaaS businesses

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify examples of good marketing material (like from the examples I have given above)
• Compile all these resources including screenshots (and also upload them to Wordpress)

Experience - You should be:

• Have 1-2+ years experience with digital marketing or related activities
• Familiar with marketing examples I provided above (funnels, advertorials, landing pages, etc..)
• Able to identify what constitutes good marketing vs. bad marketing
• Know how to use various tools to conduct research or learn quickly - (e.g. google, ahrefs, spyfu)

Requirements

• Able to learn new software tools and systems quickly
• Intelligent, Self Motivated, and Confident in asking questions - You’ll be working remotely so we need to be sure that you ask questions if you are not sure of what to do..
• Extremely organized
• Work independently - I do not like to micro-manage, but I am always available for help, guidance and direction

Research Skills: I will provide a lot of guidance, examples, and websites for you to use but you should be able to:

• Research unique marketing strategies
• Search on Google, social media or other platforms to find good examples (Here is one example where they have already done the research: https://wpastra.com/complete-guide-to-tripwire-funnels)
• Reverse-engineer successful marketing campaigns (preferred but not required - this can be challenging for beginners so I am happy to guide you here but prefer someone who already has experience)

Mindset Must Haves:

• You must be a generalist who loves researching, problem solving and figuring out how to use the resources available to you
• Being able to learn on the job is extremely important as there will be projects and tasks which will be brand new for you

Logistical:

• This is a fully remote position, and you can work whatever hours you choose so long as you work the required hours
• Looking for 2 part time assistants (20 hours/week) for a compensation of $450/month - We would love to eventually have this turn into a full time position in the future but only time will determine how popular this directory gets
• English skills are less important for this position because you won't be doing any content writing (unless you would like to). So just basic English skills so you understand me and we can communicate properly.
