Customer Happiness Manager

We are a US-based company that has been in business for 26 years. We sell health products to men, some that help with sex and others with diabetes and other problems. You must have a HUGE interest in alternative help and an openness to helping people heal with natural solutions.

We are looking for someone to manage the help and support of our customers, including helping them select the right health products for their issues, dealing with people who are occasionally upset about billing, collecting from people sometimes… Someone excellent on phones, VERY organized, and who loves doing a variety of things with customers.

There is frequent selling involved – but only to customers who call us, and who are truly interested in changing their lives. We have amazing solutions for men in the areas of diabetes, ED, prostate, and dating.

But it never gets boring — there are lots of things to do.

You:

  • Are great on the phones
  • Speak perfect English
  • Want to start at US$500 /week paid weekly, with quick increases to US$9000 / week or more, in combination of base pay and commissions.
  • Willing to work various 8-hour shifts including 8 am - 10 pm NEW YORK time, that means it is probably afternoon and nighttime for you. We don't work weekends except perhaps one hour Saturday and one hour Sunday sometimes (you share this with others so it will only be once a month or so.)

We look for people who want a career. We are not interested in people who jump from job to job.

Some people have been with us for 15 years.

We want someone who can help us retain customers, collect from our customers and sell stuff to them when they call. There is tons of room here to grow. You have to be comfortable with topics from dating to prostate issues to ED, as that is what we help our customers with.
