Join ShopLC US as a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist and make a direct impact on their website's performance and customer conversions. 🚀✨

As a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist at ShopLC US, your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing the website's performance and driving customer conversions. By implementing best practices in UI/UX design and digital marketing strategies, you will make a significant difference in improving conversion rates and maximizing revenue.

Your three most important tasks will revolve around:

1️⃣ Conversion Rate: Increase the percentage of users who complete desired actions on ShopLC’s website, such as making purchases. 💼💰

2️⃣ Bounce Rate: Decrease the percentage of users who leave the website after viewing only one page, improving engagement. 📉👋

3️⃣ A/B Testing: Design and conduct A/B tests to identify the most effective website and marketing elements, optimizing user experience and conversion rates. 🧪🔬

Outside of the main responsibilities, additional tasks include optimizing the user journey, streamlining conversion funnels, conducting website analysis, developing CRO strategies, managing tests, and providing regular reporting on key metrics.

More specifically, within this role, you will:

  • Optimize the website to increase the percentage of users who complete desired actions, such as making a purchase.
  • Provide valuable insights and recommendations on UI/UX enhancements based on CRO best practices.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce manager, Shop LC President, VP, and other stakeholders to align CRO initiatives with business goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify effective website and marketing elements.
  • Monitor and analyze conversion metrics, including conversion rate and bounce rate, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging CRO techniques to continuously optimize website performance.

💪🌱This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled CRO expert to make a significant impact on ShopLC. You will have the chance to work closely with a diverse team and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Reporting to Vishal Sharma, Senior Product Manager at VGL Group, you will have regular interactions with the e-commerce manager, Shop LC President, VP, and other key stakeholders. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success of the digital marketing efforts and overall business growth.

In the first few weeks, you will undergo company induction and knowledge transfer to familiarize yourself with the processes and objectives. Your primary focus will be on analyzing the website's performance, identifying areas for improvement, and devising CRO strategies to increase conversion rates.

The biggest asset of ShopLC’s ideal candidate is their expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization and their ability to enhance the User Experience (UX) to provide users with a more seamless browsing and purchasing journey.

Therefore, in order to succeed in this role, you need to have:

  • User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design expertise
  • A/B Testing and Multivariate Testing skills

In addition, ShopLC requires the following technical skills/tools/software:

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Knowledge of CRO tools such as Optimizely, Crazy Egg, Hotjar, Unbounce, etc.

It would be advantageous for you to have a passion for work and a willingness to take on new challenges, as well as the ability to improve conversion rates and convert visitors into customers.

  • 💰 Salary: $3,000 - $4,000* per month
  • ⏱️ Full-time role ( 8 hours per day, Monday - Friday)
