We operate as a small and mighty dynamic, fully remote team and seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist-Sales Funnel Designer to redesign our current funnels and strategize/execute new marketing funnels for our online courses, certification program and upcoming book launch.

About the role

This is role is strategy and execution, as a Digital Marketing Sales Funnel Designer, you will responsible for the strategy design and project managment working with our marketing ops team to design and test lead and sales generating funnels and customer journey. 

The digital customer journeys be focused on sales conversions and the story the numbers tell, working closely with a dedicated team to craft and execute effective marketing funnels strategies. Your marketing knowledge and strategic insight will be essential in developing ideas, wireframes and flowcharts that bring your strategy to life, interacting with design agencies, and bringing our unique brand to life. You'll have the opportunity to implement projects across various platforms, including:

• 🎨 Opt-in funnels
• 💡 Sales funnels
• 🌐 Webinar funnels
• 🛍️ E-commerce storefront funnels
• ✍️ Author websites for book launch
• 🔁 Funnel redesigns

Leveraging tools like Miro for wireframing and WordPress-Thrive Theme and other tools/platforms, you'll collaborate with our internal marketing team, paid traffic and content marketing experts to analyze and refine our strategies, create funnel flows and metrics tracking. A weekly call with the team will keep our goals aligned as you enjoy the autonomy to manage your projects flexibly, always with the support of our stellar project manager.

About you

This is suitable for someone with strategic digital marketing implementation skills, who really wants to learn and grow, prove themselves and take on more responsibility.

You will be expected to take responsibility for studying marketing techniques to improve your skills and designs. You will have access to online training courses, coaching from myself and our marketing lead, and the chance to actually do the work, make some mistakes and learn from experience.

Qualities I'm looking for:

• Experience in developing successful online sales funnels starting with the strategy
• Able to share examples of successful campaigns that generated leads — with metrics
• Able to agree and hit deadlines on your own
• Desire and Drive to play the “conversion game”, meaning you know that funnels have to produce results, not just look pretty
• Great communicator, able to work well with Slack, Email, Loom, & Zoom with English (written and spoken)
• Knows when to ask for help or resources after trying to solve the problem on their own
• Able to meet once or twice per week with team in US PST time zone
• Have worked with a team and are able to give articulate direction on design, content, image selection and other details needed for execution

Compensation & Culture

Trial Period & Advancement
