About the role

Responsibilities:

  • Content Management: Dive into the world of our community forums, social media channels, and email newsletters. Create captivating and informative content that keeps our users hooked and informed.
  • Brand Advocacy and Market Awareness: Keep your finger on the pulse of the market. Actively seek opportunities to showcase our brand and create buzz around it. Stay updated with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to bolster our brand's presence and reputation.
  • Strategy Development: Put on your thinking cap! Devise and implement strategies to grow and engage our user community. Enhance our brand's online visibility by brainstorming and implementing innovative strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Be the bridge between our brand and our users. Moderate discussions, respond to user feedback, and inquiries. Foster a supportive community culture that encourages interaction and growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Teamwork makes the dream work! Collaborate seamlessly with other members of the marketing and product teams. Promote our brand and its ingenious solutions together, because together, we achieve more.

About you

Qualifications:

  • Start your response with: “Elephants can dance” (Show us your attention to detail!)
  • 3+ years of experience in community management: Proven experience in nurturing online communities, understanding their pulse, and engaging them effectively.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation: Stay ahead of the curve with social media trends, and possess a creative flair for content creation that captures attention and drives engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Communication is key. Your ability to convey ideas clearly and connect with people is fundamental to your success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team: Whether you're brainstorming solo or collaborating in a team, you shine. Adaptability is your middle name.
  • Excellent English language skills: Since our target market is the US, impeccable English language skills are non-negotiable.
  • Experience with SaaS is a plus: If you have a background in the realm of Software as a Service, consider it a bonus point. Your familiarity with the industry will be an asset.

What's in it for you?
