We are a recruiting & headhunting specialist for Senior Sales Roles (Executives & Sr. Individual Contributors) for B2B Technology (SaaS, software, etc) companies selling into Europe.
We are looking for a Freelance Talent Sourcing Specialist to help serve a growing number of clients in the DACH and EMEA regions.
Tasks
- Understand the Search Brief - be able to think your way into what is required for a position
- Research Candidate Profiles - build long-lists of intelligently selected potential candidates via LinkedIn
- Outreach - connect with potential candidates on LinkedIn
- Schedule - schedule screenings / interview calls between candidates and our recruiters
Requirements
- English - speak & write
- LinkedIn Profile - a professional-looking LinkedIn profile from which you will send connect requests, about 100 / week
- Empathy - you can put yourself in the shoes of a possible candidate, and see the role’s we’re asking them to consider through their eyes
- Interest in B2B Sales - to succeed here, you’ll need to develop a deep understanding of how different types of B2B tech companies generate revenue.
- Structured & Analytical Approach - you’re comfortable with excel, you can segment your work into small chunks and hack away at it, you know what a boolean search is, and you get satisfaction from crossing off tasks from your to-do list.
- (BONUS) Experience in B2B Sales - you have sold B2B before, ideally in Tech
- (BONUS) German Language Skills - you can write conversationally in German
