Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist [CLOSED]

Rialto Marketing is a growing marketing consulting and coaching company based in Denver, CO, USA. We need a full-time business development specialist (40 hours a week) to handle consistent outreach to potential prospects. You will have a lot of freedom and autonomy to get your work done, but we expect to see results.

Below is a brief description of what we are looking for.

Required skills:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English is a must. Exceptional written English communication skills are a must. Strong spoken English skills are preferred.
  • Teachable and able to follow directions.
  • Think outside the box and take initiative.
  • We value your contribution. Speak up if you think we can improve something.
  • Ethical and trustworthy.
  • Learn new skills rapidly.
  • Comfortable working with Gmail and Google Drive.
  • Strong researching and prospecting skills. You will be creating lead lists and completing cold outreach via LinkedIn and email.
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.

What you will do to start:

  • Fine-tune and continually improve our LinkedIn outreach process.
  • Complete research on potential prospects to create lead lists.
  • Complete outreach and follow-up communications with prospects with the goal of booking sales calls.
  • Track all activities to stay on top of the required follow-up tasks.

Required Office Equipment:

  • Computer w/ camera & mic (we will talk via Zoom on a regular basis).
  • Stable, high-speed internet connection.

Other Requirements:

  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday with at least 3-4 hours of time during the normal workday Mountain Standard Time. We need you during at least part of our work hours.
  • Ability to accept payments via Wise.

The responsibilities of this position will grow over time as you become more familiar with our business. A good cultural fit is more important to us than someone who has all the skills. We will train and level up the right person.
