Assistant Cold Email Manager [CLOSED]

We are a fast-growing cold email agency that specializes in creating and executing effective cold email marketing campaigns for businesses. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Cold Email Manager to join our team and manage cold email campaigns. We're proactive partners who value communication that reads between the lines and taking initiative on what needs to get done.


Responsibilities:

- Set up, check, and monitor cold email campaigns following detailed instructions.
- Write copy for cold email sequences.
- Proactively come up with ideas for improvements.
- Use our software to prepare lead lists.
- Proactively come up with ideas for what lead lists to prepare.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth communication and coordination

Requirements:

- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Familiarity with cold email best practices and tools
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
