About the role

Responsibilities

 As an Amazon Product/Listing Development Specialist at InnoVentures you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products on the Amazon marketplace. Your responsibilities will include:

Listing Content Creation: Own the end-to-end creation of all listing-related content, such as images, titles, bullet points, listing videos, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC / A+), and more. Craft content that maximizes Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Keyword (KW) ranking success upon launch. You would work directly with our Graphic Designer to develop and enhance our product listings.


Competitor Analysis: Develop a deep understanding of competitors' products and listings. Leverage this knowledge to ensure our listing materials have a competitive edge at launch, positioning our products as top choices for customers.


Packaging and Instructions: Create packaging and instruction-based materials that are not only visually appealing but also relevant and comprehensive for the intended product. Ensure the packaging and instructions align with the overall product experience.


Seasonal Modifications: Adapt and modify product listings to enhance relevancy during special events such as Prime Day, holidays, and other promotional periods. Optimize listings to capture the attention of shoppers during these high-traffic times.


Documentation: Maintain meticulous documentation of all listing-related materials, making them easily accessible for cross-functional teams. This documentation will streamline future listing updates and optimizations.

About the Ideal Candidate:

The Ideal Candidate Profile: We are actively seeking a candidate who possesses a comprehensive skill set tailored to the demands of the role. This candidate should have demonstrable expertise in the core areas outlined below, which are central to the success of our Amazon product development endeavors and have at least 2 YEARS of relevant experience.

Strategic Content Curator: The preferred candidate will showcase a proven ability to curate and construct listing-related content with precision. This includes images, titles, bullet points, listing videos, and Enhanced Brand Content (EBC). The candidate must excel in crafting content that significantly boosts Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR), and Keyword (KW) ranking efficacy upon launch.

Competitor Insight Specialist: An essential facet of this role is deep-rooted competitor analysis. The candidate should have experience in deciphering competitors' product offerings and listings comprehensively. This knowledge will be instrumental in engineering a competitive edge during the launch phase, effectively positioning our products as top-tier choices among customers.

Visual and Communicative Excellence: The ideal candidate should possess a keen eye for creating packaging and instruction-based materials that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also pertinent and thorough for the intended product. Ensuring seamless alignment between packaging, instructions, and overall product experience is paramount.

Seasonal Agility: The candidate must showcase adaptability by adeptly modifying product listings to harmonize with the ebb and flow of special events, such as Prime Day, holidays, and promotional periods. This skill is vital to capturing the attention of shoppers during these high-traffic junctures.

Meticulous Documentation: An integral component of this role is meticulous documentation. The candidate should be adept at maintaining comprehensive records of all listing-related materials. This archival effort will facilitate streamlined listing updates and optimizations across cross-functional teams, ensuring coherence and efficiency.
