DELUXY is looking for a hungry, growth-minded PPC & Product Manager with experience driving product growth. We are fully remote and based in the United States, Venezuela and the Philippines.

About the role

This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant and visible impact at a growing e-commerce company.

We are seeking a dynamic PPC & Marketing manager to scale and grow our product line through paid & non paid advertising. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating the efficiency of established processes, developing improvement strategies, and facilitating changes. You will be required to update, record and maintain our process documents while managing a team and ensuring all KPI and targets are met.

The goals for this role are:

• Optimize our Pay per click campaigns to maintain a healthy ACOS & TACOS
• Continually monitor all of our products & sustain organic keyword ranks
• Grow & scale our Amazon sales
• Launch new products
• Build & Manage a team to execute on all the strategies required
• Develop data dashboard using google data studio or power BI to be able to make better decisions based on data

This is a demanding role, but you will have the full support of the owner to be the best that you can be.

This is a fully remote position, and you can work from anywhere in the world.

Must have

• 2+ years of experience as an Amazon PPC manager or google ads manager
• Be compulsively organized.
• Amazing with data and data analysis
• Great at working with excel & google sheets
• The ability to learn quickly about things you’ve had no previous experience in.
• Extreme accountability.
• Flexibility. We want everybody to have a work/life balance but there will be times when issues occur in different time zones and you have to work early or late.
• Fast, reliable internet.
• You will take actions that align with our core values (listed below).

Nice to have

• Experience working with an 7 or 8 figure Amazon brand or E-commerce brands
• Experience working remotely.
• Experience with other paid media such as Facebook ads, reddit ads, Youtube Ads..etc
• Experience using PPC automation tool scale insights
• Experience with clickfunnels
• Google data studio experience

Must not have

• Your own business that you want a ‘side job’ to help fund.
• A lot is going on already and don't have the time and focus to really dive into a new challenge.
• A fixed mindset.
