Our company is Agents Invest, and we help US real estate investors achieve their goals of building passive income streams through real estate investing. We do this through our online membership, a subscription-based email service, monthly webinars, virtual summits, and a referral program with realtors.
We need someone who is tech-savvy, hard-working, goal-oriented, an action taker, and an out of the box thinker to run our marketing. This fully remote role is a great opportunity to really develop and grow with us. This person is responsible for coming up with new marketing strategies and executing them on a weekly basis. We will provide the necessary tools and support.
Every week we share blog articles with our community, and every month we host a webinar. We are looking for the right person to help us 1) market our existing content 2) reach more people 3) Grow our list 4) Create lead funnels for our salespeople.
The right team member has strong communication skills, is a team player, takes initiative and pride in their work. They will take ownership of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are running smoothly and performing well.
They will be given business goals and an understanding of the business but we’re looking for someone who is experienced in the tools we use and can google their way to most answers and ask for help when stuck.
There is a lot to learn with room to grow with the company. In addition to a competitive starting salary of $1,500-$2,000 USD per month, we will create milestones for salary increases once objectives are met.

Scope:
Come up with and execute marketing plans [ie look for opportunities to capture leads on our website, come up with a marketing launch strategy, etc]
Create graphics for emails, add gifs, make it fun and interesting
Publish content and schedule emails to database
Manage CRM and email automation
Troubleshoot marketing issues
Document and add to our SOPs
Come up with new marketing ideas to add to our database
Market virtual events using Facebook Ads and social media
Specific responsibilities:
Build funnel pages and templates
Publish blog content written by the team and distribute to all media channels [FB, LinkedIn, Biggerpockets]
Manage web pages [make updates, A/B test lead captures]
Build, update and manage CRM automation
Manage tech stack & provide general tech support
WordPress updates
Member tech support forum & billing
URL Redirects
Send email campaigns
The marketing team will write content, we need someone to check links, add images and schedule to go out
Requirements:
Excellent written English
Experience with WordPress
High attention to detail
Technical troubleshooting skills
Experience with online content creation
Ability to learn quickly
6+ months+ experience with marketing
