We are a marketing consulting firm that focuses on helping firms with procurement strategies and also designing, managing and implementing business equity programs with a specialty in transportation and infrastructure. Our mission is aligned to creating livelihood for those who are often marginalized, underutilized and often over qualified.

Continually strives for perfection. We aim to provide stellar Ritz-like experiences for our clients. From the proper name of Mr. or Ms. or Mrs. to the handling of emails, communications and products. We use formal and proper communication, we ensure no grammatical errors. We create products ie reports, documents, spreadsheets that we would imagine American Express would provide to its stakeholders. We want them to feel taken care of; that we gave it thought and that we provided the best quality. We want to be proud of our deliverables. Professionalism and corporate professionalism is what we provide. We don’t come to work dressed inappropriately, or with excessive eye catching atypical items on clothing or on our person. We don’t send emails that have errors, look like a cut and paste. 

We maintain accountability. It is difficult to admit when we are wrong or we messed up. But it is important to admit the mistake immediately and work to create a solution. We are not perfect, but we perfectly ascribe to creating solutions. 

We excel at continuous improvement and growth. We want to be better, do better, provide better to our clients. Our clients’ growth is our growth and we do not forget that.

We value outcomes. Results speak. Pushing paper, and not achieving our goals is not our company culture. We want outcomes at the end of the day - did we accomplish what we set out to do? Did we just push paper. Pushing paper is not our culture. Our culture is: do what it takes to achieve our outcomes. In the book Traction, they talk about monkeys. Each person has a problem and they want to bring it to their manager to solve. If the manager is left with everyone’s monkey, when will she do her job? If you have an issue or challenge work to resolve it thoroughly and communicate options to solve the problem. If there is absolutely no solution, bring it to your manager and discuss but walk out with your monkey - don’t leave it for the manager to solve. 

We value yes and a positive can do mindset. Cynicism has no place with our dream big goals and values. 

We value resourcefulness. Be resourceful - find a way to achieve the outcome. Be proactive. People who plan for plan b, c and so on will find our culture a great fit.

Boiling it down to three core values, we always

Inherit in all we do is have a positive mindset. Positivity is the basis of all we do. We have a positive mindset, we move away from gossip and move towards honest communication and feedback. 

Other things we find of extreme value. These are baseline non-negotiables. 

Integrity / Honesty. If you did not get something right, bring it up, admit mistakes and grow from them. Hiding mistakes or not owning up to them or addressing the situation lacks integrity and honesty and it will be difficult to trust. 

Timeliness. If you start at 9am. Please be ready and prepared a few minutes early and on time is before 9am. 9:01am is late. 

Closing the loop and when taking ownership - own it. 

Being an independent thinker who is resourceful, accountable and finds a way to make things happen, who is positive, has a whatever it takes mindset, and excels at providing exceptional outcomes - there is always a place for you at RSCA.
