Wordpress Formatter & Researcher

We’re looking for an individual who knows how to upload content to WordPress, work in Google Sheets and take on simple, one-off research tasks.

NOTE: detailed SOPs + walkthroughs are provided for each task.

About the Role:

You will be set tasks in Trello with due dates, and then left to manage your own workload.

The majority of tasks will be based around uploading and formatting content but there will also be one-off research tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Uploading articles from Google Docs to WordPress
• Formatting basic article elements like headers, lists, images etc.
• Finding appropriate images for each article.
• Creating images using Canva templates
• Editing basic SEO elements via Yoast plugin
• Checking & updating affiliate links and IDs.
• Ad hoc research tasks

Required Experience & Skills:

• Excellent written English skills.
• Experience with Wordpress, Google Sheets and Trello is important.
• Attention to detail
• Able to learn new software tools and systems quickly
• Ability to self-manage your time
• SEO knowledge would be desirable
