Autism Parenting Magazine improves the quality of life for families affected by autism all around the world. They release a monthly magazine, run bi-annual summits and offer courses to help parents.
The company consists of a diverse team of all ages, backgrounds, faiths and locations, spread across the UK, USA, Philippines, South Africa and Eastern Europe. There are 12 full-time staff members and multiple freelancers, with everyone working completely remotely.
Their work is fun - sometimes demanding, but always satisfying. The company organises weekly team meetings and 1on1s via Zoom. While this is a fast-paced environment, they do fun things and try to get all the team members to connect with one another.

Right now, the company is looking for a Webmaster to serve as the primary contact for all aspects of the organization's websites and tech stack, handling a range of responsibilities that may include web design and development, security, routine site and content maintenance, and various updates to ensure sites align with the goals and objectives of the company.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
You will have a chance to work with an amazing group of individuals, improving the quality of life for thousands of families around the world, while working in a fast-paced, tech-focused environment with lots of challenges to solve and technologies to learn. The role will be reporting to the Operations Manager and interacting with the COO, CEO, Customer Support and Web teams.
During the first few weeks, you will learn more about the tech stack the company uses and you will have support from both the Operations Manager and the CEO, to enable handover and to act as an escalation point in terms of issues. Specific training on certain technologies can be arranged as needed.
This is a part-time role, working UK business hours - there is some flexibility to start earlier or later in the day, as long as the core hours align with the European team. However, you’ll be required to track your time and do the work during the hours you commit. There also needs to be some overlap with the US time zone and occasional out-of-hours support for big promotions.
The company is looking for someone who can work independently while presenting big changes or risks to management in a way that is easy to understand. You need to have solid experience working in a similar environment, having been "battle tested" and shown to overcome obstacles that affect downtime or security.
