To accommodate their growth, the Flow Motion Team is looking for a talented and experienced Web Designer to join their company. You would work on amazing and exciting projects and interact with an exceptional team of developers & project managers. Within this role, your core objectives would be to architect solutions & execute your work as needed, as well as accurately estimate SOW.
To excel as Flow Motion’s next Web Designer, you need to have:
- Strong understanding of CRO work
- Strong landing page design and conversion intended layout experience
- Strong graphic design skills for the web and exceptional taste in design
- Knowledge of building pages in both WordPress AND Shopify
- Good understanding of Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, tracking codes for Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more
- Thorough understanding of hosting (Flow Motion uses Shopify and WPEngine for everything)
- Willingness to work with an overlap with Pacific Time business hours
- Fun, professional, to the point, fast-paced attitude
What’s in it for you?
- $3.500 – $5.000* per month
- Full-time & fully remote role
- Working hours with a solid amount of overlap with Pacific Time business hours
- Working days Monday – Friday with an occasional weekend if there is an ongoing launch or in case of an emergency
