Revolution Finance Brokers is an online brokerage service with a difference - they are passionate about cutting through the stress and misconceptions about mortgages, making it effortless to find the financing the clients need.

✓ Snappy Start Batteries, offering batteries for all applications at the best prices. They specialise in Car, Van, Leisure & Marine Batteries. The business started in 2020 and is now a successful wholesale battery business that imports and distributes 70 containers a year.

The team prides itself on ensuring that everyone is the best they can be each and every day and ensuring everyone focuses on their strengths and grows personally. This is a relaxed, fun and enjoyable environment that allows the team members a great deal of flexibility.

The company is now looking for their next key team member: a Web Designer to create the best UX and CTA for the website. You will need to focus both on web design and graphic design for the company.

More specifically, within this role you will:

• Take a key role in the design and layout of a website
• Create Photoshop Design Files (PSDs) for the visual layout of web pages and convert designs into HTML and CSS
• Work with other teams to meet company-wide targets
• Use web content management systems
• Implement and maintain high-quality SEO policies and incorporate them with web content
• Report to senior management or clients
• Collect and analyse data on website usage to improve performance
• Respond to reports of technical problems and work with the team to fix them quickly
• Liaise with Copywriters, other Graphic Designers and Developers to ensure that tasks are completed on time

In your first weeks, you will have an opportunity to learn more about the team and the business, as well as build a strategy with the new team. You will also work closely with the owner, Almas, and the Operations Director, Tolga, which will help get you up to speed with your new role.

In order to excel in this role, you need to have:

• Solid web design experience with a proven track record of success
• Experience in graphic and icon designs with a proven track record
• Basic knowledge of SEO and best policies
• Experience with Photoshop Design Files
• Experience with HTML and CSS
• Experience with content management systems
