WANTED: Full Stack Experienced Developer to create small eCommerce Website. Long term! [CLOSED]

Project Basis 10.00 AUD Type: Fixed Price

Please carefully read the FULL job description and instructions before applying, thank you!

Would you like to work for our young and dynamic company from Australia? We develop and deliver solutions for Australian and US landscape construction companies who use us to translate their hand drawn design concepts into vivid 3D fly-through presentations to win construction contracts.

What we've got to offer you
- Long time relationship, we are looking for an full-time employee to join our team, not for a one-time project freelancer
- Monthly or bi-Weekly payment
- Option to grow with our company
- Set your own work hours
- Work from anywhere, in a suit, in your pajama's, boxers or anything that you'd prefer
- Direct contact with the founder
- Informal communication
- Salary: 1200 - 1500 USD a month
- We respect your local holidays of course!

Your Personality
- I'm not a technical founder so I need you to think with me in terms of business solutions and translate that to technical specifications.
- Autonomous worker (no need for somebody to micromanage you)
- Detail oriented and able to approach and understand business problems and translate that to technical tasks
- Enthusiastic and proud of your work. Do it right the first time kind of attitude.
- Honest & reliable. Looking for a long term position.

The Job
For our first big project together we are looking for someone to create our small eCommerce website with a step-by-step guided ordering process ( for a productized service). We have all the flows and very detailed mockups ready for your already!

We'll go through all of this if you are selected for an interview call to give you a much better impression of the work to be done in this first project.

The site is a mobile first (important!) design and takes visitors by the hand to walk them through the ordering process (all mapped out) by asking them some questions and allowing them to select some predefined options. The site will also include a (very simple) members area (for existing customers) where they can buy addons, view & pay invoices, see previous bought services and few other features.

We'll implement Paypal, Stripe API services to deal with payments and update invoice status and we'll also need you to connect with the Dropbox API for a simple image upload feature which will then put the images on dropbox in a specific folder structure.

The skill we are looking for
- Good English communicative skills (spoken and written!)
- Good planning and keeping deadlines & promises.
- Good HTML5 + CSS to translate the designs / mockups to HTML5 views (mobile first)
- Some javascript will be needed (e.g. using jQuery) but nothing advanced. We won't be using AngularJS or anything like that.
- Mysql + database design. Based on the mockups you will need to create a proper & efficient database model to store all data
- PHP OOP. We'll be using PHP for the backend. You need to properly document your classes and methods. We are open to framework suggestion as long as they are mainstream. (e.g. Laravel, Yii, CodeIgnitor)
- Keep good documentation. Always keep easy to understand documentation so we can easily onboard new developers when we grow our team and / or if you will start working on the next project we can quickly onboard another developer to do maintenance on your system.
- Experience working with API's (Pre's: Paypal, Stripe, Dropbox, DaPulse)
