Hey, Ilma here - Hiring Success Manager here at JobRack.
We’re looking to grow our team with someone that can help us with sourcing candidates for vacancies we have here on the JobRack.
About the Role
You will be working closely with me and the CEO Noel to make sure even the most difficult roles can be filled and that we provide all our employers with the best candidates for their vacancies.
You’ll use the information our employers provide along with your awesome research skills to hustle up awesome candidates to apply to the job.
This role is suitable for someone ambitious and result oriented, someone who will commit to getting a great result with their reserach skills, not just check off tasks they're assigned.
What You’ll Do
Identify the requirements for each role from the job post
Reach out to as many potential candidates possible that match the job requirements and share the vacancy with them through LinkedIn, Facebook Groups and any other places you feel relevant.
Note: You will not be looking into JobRack database for candidates, role is consisted of reaching out to potential candidates outside of JobRack when we don't have enough jobseekers that match job requirements.
You are an independent worker who knows a thing or two about focused research and knows where to look for candidates you need.
How to find great candidates for tricky roles
You have strong communication skills
You have experience in HR or Recruitment
You are ambitious and results oriented
You can and are happy to work remotely
You’re interested in long term work and being part of a high performing team working to get awesome remote jobs for jobseekers all across Eastern Europe
The role for the moment will be project based, working on a job by job basis. As we grow we want to continue to give our employers an amazing experience so this may increase to go part time/full time in the future.
Right now we expect to have 10-20 hours per week work but this will grow as mentioned.
