Virtual Assistant required: Uploading content onto websites [CLOSED]

I run several successful cryptocurrency-related informational websites, and I need someone who can help me with simple editing and uploading of content on my sites.

I am pressed for time because there are so many articles to publish, and my sites have grown so quickly that I need help managing previously published material.

You will not need to write any content, as I and my writers will do all this, so you just need to handle basic uploading and simple editing, which I will teach you.

YOU

Are organised, pay good attention to detail, and will ensure information is consistent across websites.

Are good at picking up spelling errors, grammatical errors and inconsistencies in other people's work.

Are a quick learner, and a problem solver.

Are fluent in English, and a good communicator.

Like things to look good and have an eye for consistency in the look & layout of webpages and make sure they are the same across the site.

Are responsible and reliable, and able to work unsupervised.

Enjoy working independently at your own pace, yet can meet deadlines.

Can use constructive feedback to better yourself, and not take offence at it.

Are able to work on repetitive tasks without losing focus or making errors.

Must have experience working with WordPress and Canva.

Preferably have experience working with Thrive Architect or other website builders, such as Elementor. (Not essential, as training will be provided, but if you have this experience it will be highly regarded.)

Are not afraid to try new programs or apps and have a general willingness to learn.

Have experience working remotely.

Have a home office with fast, reliable internet connection.

Are seeking a long-term work relationship.

Preferably have an interest or at least a basic understanding of cryptocurrency, although this is not essential.

Are comfortable with having your hours and work tracked by Hubstaff, which includes monitoring your mouse and keyboard activity, as well as random screenshots of your screen taken at roughly 10 minute intervals.

The fundamental tasks you will do to support my business

Upload content from a Microsoft Word document into a new webpage, including text, images and hyperlinks. (Training will be provided if you are not familiar with this.)

Edit articles for spelling and grammatical errors before posting online.

Create simple graphics using Canva to upload on webpages.

Take screenshots and use basic editing to cover up sensitive information before posting images online.

I am looking for someone who wants to dedicate themselves to forming a long term working relationship. The role will be a full-time position of 40 hours per week, and you can be flexible with the times you start and finish work each day, as long as you reach 40 hours at the end of the week.

Note that your working hours will be tracked using Hubstaff, which includes monitoring your mouse and keyboard activity, as well as random screenshots of your screen taken at roughly 10 minute intervals.

As the business grows, so may your responsibilities, and there is the possibility of increasing the salary dependent on your performance, or being promoted to a different role within the business.
