At Major Impact Media (majorimpactmedia.com) we are a hard-working team dedicated to helping online businesses get exceptional results through highly effective paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Currently we are looking for a part-time virtual assistant to help us with tasks that come along with our growing business and the ongoing management of client accounts.
About The Role
Our team is looking for a virtual assistant to help us track the metrics that are involved with our client accounts and help us with administrative tasks in our operations.
The role for the moment will be part-time as we expect to have between 10 - 15 hours per week of work.
Your Responsibilities Will Be:
1) Managing The Data From Active Client Advertising Campaigns
Monitor progress of client accounts & prepare reports on the progress inside client accounts.
Create and prepare reports on past performance of the last few days, weeks, months at an account, campaign, audience & creative level
Track all active tests inside client accounts and measure which audiences, creatives, visuals, copies are performing best in all accounts
Review and audit marketing funnels
Set up retargeting pixels, custom conversions through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for new campaign launches
** Know that this is a spreadsheet heavy and data-intensive roll.
2) Creating and Uploading Content Online
Uploading and sending emails out through ActiveCampaign
Setting up and creating posts on social media sites
Loading up blog posts onto our Wordpress website
3) Helping with special projects
Carry out special projects needed by the team
Conduct any research and analysis that may be needed for projects
Work with the team to make sure the projects are completed successfully
Monitor progress of projects & prepare reports for the team on progress and implement any actions.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
Excel Whiz: One REQUIREMENT is that you must be Google Sheets and data SAVVY. Pivot Tables, Sheet Functions, these things should be normal vocabulary for you. Experience with PPC Platform metrics (like Facebook and Google AdWords) is a HUGE plus. You will spend a lot of time inside of spreadsheets and compiling data. You will be asked to answer questions like: “what was the highest converting copy we ran last month for this campaign?” If you don’t know how to use a Pivot Table to get that data, this probably isn’t the best fit for you.
Loves Digital Marketing: We are a digital marketing agency. So enjoying marketing, knowing the lingo and having an interest in what we do as a company is very important.

Extremely Organized and Attention to Detail: A formula that adds up the wrong data can be seriously damaging for our clients campaigns. Getting things 90% right doesn’t work for us. You need to be a detailed orientated person who can get the job done 100%.
Problem Solver: There are always new challenges and problems to solve in this line of work. You will be expected to learn how to figure them out and present solutions to the team, not problems.
Friendly and Fun: We are a team of happy people who enjoy what we do. You know how to make team members feel comfortable and provide them with confidence we work together to achieve campaign goals.
How We Work At Major Impact Media
Our team is based in Europe and we expect that you will be located here as well so we can be on the same schedule.
The tools that we use daily are Asana, Slack, Zoom, Loom & Google Drive.
Tasks will be set up in our project management system, and need to be ticked off in there so we can keep track of what has been done.
We have detailed processes written up for how to do most of these jobs, and others need figuring out.
Whenever there is a task that involves figuring something out you will be expected to study how to do it, come up with options and get approval before implementing it. And you will be expected to document your process to add to our company Knowledge Base and share with the team.
