We are a small healthcare tech startup (Spindle Medical) and psychedelic medicine nonprofit (SoundMind Project) based in Philadelphia. I am a physician and need help getting several projects managed within the space. Tasks of the job will be the following:
- Answering emails of interested patients and volunteers and helping to keep several email inboxes organized
- Helping to enroll interested people for classes we are offering, and keeping track of who is enrolled, who have paid, and what payment plan they are on. - Video editing and inserting the promo pages. Video examples also here: https://soundmind.center/solidarity
- Updating wordpress site

- Mailchimp email marketing/promotion. I can send you an example of this if you'd like

- Lastly, we are building out a virtual reality product in the future and could use some help making design pages for this product as well.
