Auto Media Planet is a digital publishing company focused on connecting automotive publishers with audiences through engaging content. We do this by providing advertising and marketing services that are tailored towards the unique needs of automotive publications large and small.
The publishers we work with all have unique and engaging content about the automotive world to share. Our mission is to make it easier to share this content with new audiences.
Position: Virtual Assistance
Commitment: Part-time schedule, three days a week (Mondays required)
Start Date: ASAP
We’re looking for the type of individual who knows how to wear a lot of different hats in order to fill in where needed. As our virtual assistant, you won’t be answering phones and making appointments all day. Instead, you’ll be handling data tracking, personnel management, communication development initiatives, and the daily logistical matters of a number of on-going projects. Data entry/management is a big part of this position, but it’s also just the start of what we’re looking for you to do.
Basic responsibilities include:
Entering data from source documents and updating spreadsheets.
Developing basic spreadsheet formulas to automate complicated calculations.
Reviewing reports for errors and correcting any incompatibilities.
Desired Skills / Experience
Law and Order isn’t just a TV Show, it’s your work leitmotif; Accuracy is your imperative; and deadlines are there to be respected. You also:
Have extensive experience with Google Sheets and/or Excel (with formulas, in particular)
Are incredibly time-efficient
Have strong organizational skills
Pay attention to details
