Virtual Assistant - EB Real Estate Investments

Hi, I am Emily and I am a real estate investor who wants to help others create financial freedom through real estate investments. I, alongside my colleagues, want to build a business with multiple income streams -- both passive and active -- within the real estate industry & we are growing fast!

Currently, there are 5 of us and we want to provide an environment for an individual to grow within their role. With us, your only limit is you!

As my business is expanding, I want to onboard a Virtual Assistant with strong marketing skills to assist me and my colleague, Danielle, with various tasks, such as managing our social media and other behind-the-scenes tasks.

You will work with me two and a half days per week, whilst working with my colleague Danielle for the remaining two and a half days per week.

As our Virtual Assistant, you will:

  • Create and schedule posts on social media via Facebook Business Manager & Planoly
  • Ensure consistency of engagement and growth on my Instagram account by interacting with the followers
  • Help create content to educate my followers on real estate investments
  • Help me with organizing my mailbox & responding to emails
  • Post ads on Kijiji and reach out to individuals through Kijiji and Facebook
  • Manage bookkeeping & ensure my record-keeping for receipts is in order
  • Conduct deal analysis
  • Create presentations in Canva

The tasks will be assigned to you during our weekly team meetings; in addition, we also use WhatsApp & G-Suite to communicate and manage the workload.

Alongside your training, your first weeks will be centred around learning about our business, auditing our processes & the systems in place, identifying the priority areas for improvement and proposing methods & approaches for the improvement.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Experience in an administrative role or similar
  • Experience using Excel & Spreadsheets
  • Social media platform experience, i.e., Instagram & Facebook, & experience building social media accounts authentically
  • Experience creating & planning social media content
  • Experience using content creation platforms, such as Canva and Adobe Spark
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Cash flow analysis experience

Once you join my team, I will train you on the type of content to be produced with the various platforms that can be used to produce them, unless you have prior experience. In addition, I will train you on how to conduct deal analysis, post on Kijiji and reach out to potential leads via the platforms we are using.

  • Performance bonus, i.e., finders fee for discovering great leads or deals (CAD 500-1000)
  • Flexible working hours with obligatory 30-60 minute training sessions (& later, meetings once or twice per week) in my EST zone (either between 8-9 AM or 5-9 PM)
