About the Job
You will be working closely with the CEO Noel, and the Hiring Success Manager, Ilma, as well as others in the JobRack team to support all aspects of our success.
From searching for candidates for great remote jobs right through to coming up with exciting ways to promote JobRack and encourage jobseekers all across Eastern Europe to sign up with us there’ll be a lot of variety to your work.
You’ll be coming up with ideas, planning them and then making them happen all with the goal of getting more and more jobseekers to our platform and helping them to get great remote jobs.
What You’ll Do
Research and figure out where our target jobseeker audience can be reached and come up with ways to reach them. This might be posting online or it might be coming up with ways to reach them offline too.
Write short content articles, FAQ answers, posts on forums, groups and Q&A’s on places like Reddit and Quora
Run live sessions to build our audience all across Eastern Europe - these might be on Facebook Live, Instagram, LinkedIn or other channels you suggest.
Source candidates (following our processes and coming up with more of your own) to increase the volume of candidates applying to specific jobs posted with us.
Use your creative skills to create and improve all kinds of assets including for Facebook ads, LinkedIn posts, Youtube videos, resources and templates for our guides, client presentations and more.
And much much more. If you’ve got ideas on what we can do better that will make the difference we want to hear them. Just make sure you consider which should be done first. Points for understanding the rule of 80:20 and focusing on high value quick wins first.
