About The Role
As our Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
• Assisting Retail Sales Team by servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and helping to onboard new accounts
• Creating and submitting orders as provided by accounts and Retail Sales Team
• Completing a variety of data entry and administrative tasks to support Retail Sales Team
Our ideal candidate would have at least two years experience in a customer service or support role, excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a strong work ethic and highly self motivated. Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system will give you a leg up.
