Job Description

Our US based gadget company (KeySmart) is looking for a Virtual Assistant / Customer Support person who will assist our sales team in day-to-day tasks with our B2B customers. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, communicative and hard-working person who will join our B2B sales team to assist our in-house sales team but also grow their own customer base. Having customer support experience and good communication skills are preferred. Fluent English is a must.

We will provide training and support when you start working with us, and we also have most of the processes you will work on written up and explained in short Loom videos to make the onboarding process as easy as possible.

There will also be opportunities to grow as you take on more responsibility.
 

 

More about the role

You will be a part of our B2B sales team and you will provide support to your B2B customers in the US, and you will be helping our in-house sales team with different tasks.

Your everyday tasks would include responding to emails, communicating with B2B customers (email and phone), following up with leads, setting up customer accounts on our wholesale website, processing orders, etc. You will also work on lead generation projects, making outbound calls to potential customers to collect relevant contact information for our sales team.

We use Salesforce, Shopify, and Tradegecko. Any experience with any of these is valuable, but it’s not a must, as we will provide training for you.

This is a role with a 40 hour work week and you will be paid hourly. You should be able to work at least 5 hours between 9 am and 5 pm CDT (4 pm – 00 am CEST). As you will work in a remote team supporting our in-house sales team and communicating with customers, there needs to be some overlapping.

The salary is negotiable and depends on your experience. We can pay $1,000-$1,300/month and you will get an additional 3% commissions based on the gross profit on the sales you made. The commissions are paid monthly.
