We are looking for an experienced admin assistant to become a key contributor to our operations team. You’ll be the right-hand person to our CEO and Operations Manager, working 100% remotely with different people in the company to execute tasks on a routine basis.

About you
Responsibilities:
- Manage projects/tasks in ClickUp
- Execute routine data backups
- Ensure all information flows to all key personnel
- Coordinate a calendar on behalf of the CEO (across multiple time zones) with meetings, interviews, travel, and everything in between
- Manage the CEO’s email inbox, filtering messages and responding on his behalf
- Be responsible for executing our outbound lead generation campaigns
- Handle private information with discretion, maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Perform tasks given by CEO and Operations Manager
Requirements:
- Fluent written and spoken English
- An extremely fast internet speed
- Phenomenal organizational skills
- Natural affinity and the ability for details – you double and triple-check everything!
- Clear, articulate, and personal communication skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Motivation to learn and solve problems
- Ability to self-manage in a remote work environment
- Adaptability to changing situations
- Ability to ghost-write and draft emails and documents
- Critical thinker and creative problem solver
- Positive attitude, where no project is too big or small and you’re not afraid to pitch in where needed
- Tech-savvy, comfortable using a CMS, and many other software

- High-level attention to detail and accuracy. Must exhibit flexibility, prioritization skills, and the ability to multitask
- Special brownie points if you have experience with cold emails, marketing, social media management (Twitter), video editing
