⇢Mirela (Jobseeker success specialist) - focuses on bringing more jobseekers to JobRack and supporting them every step of the way

⇢Slobodanka (Recruitment specialist) - leads on the Done With You roles helping our clients to hire great team members through a highly targeted sourcing and recruitment approach.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to join us and assist the day to day recruitment operations including our DIY job post service and our rapidly growing Done With You recruitment service (https://jobrack.eu/pricing for more details on these).

Your main responsibilities as a Virtual Assistant will include:

• Sourcing relevant candidates
• Drafting awesome job descriptions and application forms
• Reviewing candidates
• Potentially doing screening interviews with candidates in the future
• Assisting basic day to day operations
• Conducting research

ABOUT YOU

Our most suitable candidate:

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Has strong attention to detail

Brownie points for experience with any or all of the following:

• Experience with Workable or a similar Applicant Tracking System
• Experience with assisting international recruitment preferably in a staffing agency

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

• Remuneration package 5-7 USD per hour.
• Working hours: Flexible - We’re looking for 10-20 hours per week work right now (mostly Monday to Friday) with some overlap with GMT+1 timezone, when we have things that need doing it would be ideally if you can jump on them quickly and certainly within 24 hours so you’ll need to be able to commit to at least 2 hours per day.
• Potential to grow into a full time role in a rapidly growing business.
