The main goal of this post is being able to find someone who is passionate about video editing/design, and who has had experience with creating engaging content on YouTube or other social media platforms. If you are a graphic designer and can create thumbnails on top of this, that is an additional positive, but is not required to apply for this job.

I am looking for someone who:

  • Can consistently edit engaging and high quality videos on YouTube.
  • Has a passion for video editing, and is always looking to expand and improve upon their work.
  • Can bring new ideas and creative ideas to the channel.
  • Is looking for a long term position.

I would like to start pushing out a minimum of 1-2 videos per week on my channel. There are a few different types of content that I would like to be producing with would mainly include tutorials and various entertainment style videos.

Tutorial Requirements

I would like my tutorials to be engaging (more engaging then they currently are) with different aspects like zooms, text, transitions, and overall just an editing style that keeps the viewer listening and informed.

You can view my most recent tutorial on my YouTube channel named: Soflo Sneakers (20k subscribers)

Here is an example of someone I would like my tutorials to be similar to: Crypto Casey (300k+ subscribers)

I will send you the raw footage as well as timestamps on where to cut everything and what footage to use.

Entertainment Requirements

I would like my content to keep the viewers engaged as much as possible. The main point of my live cops (you can view these on my channel Soflo Sneakers) is to essentially let the viewer watch me purchasing limited shoes in action. This contains some talking points like me explaining what is going on, and then consists of different aspects like zooms, editing to the music, keyframes, captions, including pictures and images of the shoes I'm going for, etc.

These entertainment videos are called “Live Cops” on my channel, and you can view various videos there.

Graphic Designer

As stated above, this is not a necessary requirement (My top priority is finding a passionate video editor).

If you can do both, then that is of course a positive.

I would like someone who is able to make engaging thumbnails for my YouTube channel (you can once again view my current thumbnails on my channel).

This has the ability to be a full time position! Starting off, this will be part time work as we get into things, but I am looking for someone who is looking for a long term partner to grow and expand with. Pay is negotiable, it is mainly going to depend on your skill sets and if you are able to offer the different requirements I am looking for. If you can only do one or maybe two of the requirements, I still encourage you to apply! Like mentioned, I am looking for someone who is looking for a consistent and long term position.

Thank you for your interest!
