UX/UI designer for JobRack [CLOSED]

I'm looking for an awesome UX/UI designer to work on some designs for a mobile view of key pages of our application which are very poor on mobile right now.

You would be working from specific pages from our current desktop website and your main objective is to optimize these pages for a mobile view, for it to be intuitive and functional for our employers to use.

We'll give you an understanding of the functionality and the tasks users are looking to perform then we need you to work your magic and come up with simple effective designs to allow employers to do this on mobile.

Telling us that we should remove functionality on mobile to give a great experience is ok too!

This would be a relatively small project basis for now but if things work out great more work will follow in the future as there's lots of opportunity for improvements all across the Jobrack site.

Our ideal candidate

We are looking for an experienced designer, with a keen eye for branding and design, high attention to detail and a great understanding of UX since our goal is to optimize our page for a greater experience of our jobseekers and employers.
