Architect the Ops Machine
Build the full acquisitions system: SOPs, workflows, CRMs, dashboards
Design and run the funnel: from lead source to deal signed
Own the Diligence
Title, probate, liens, heirs, quiet title—you’ll build the process to make chaos clean
Manage the Reps
Hire, train, and manage acquisitions reps; own their output and daily execution
Close Gaps Fast
Whether it's skip tracing, seller pushback, or legal roadblocks—you solve it
Tighten Legal Compliance
Work with title companies, attorneys, and sellers to ensure clean closings
Have 2+ years running ops in real estate acquisitions, title, or legal support
Understand the game: probate, tax liens, foreclosures, heir disputes
Have managed sales pipelines, CRMs, and team dashboards
Can write clean SOPs, optimize workflows, and lead people
Operate like a founder: autonomous, resourceful, obsessed with outcomes
Speak fluent English and communicate clearly (written and verbal)
Experience with distressed deals or fractional interest acquisitions
Tools you’ve touched: TLO, CLEAR, Reonomy, Propstream, AirTable, GoHighLevel
Real estate legal experience (paralegal, title coordinator, etc.)
Experience running cold outreach (PPC, skip tracing, VAs)
Week 1–2: You’ve mapped the full funnel, built V1 of the machine, identified key bottlenecks
Week 3–4: You're running the system, managing reps, and deals are progressing
Month 2+: The machine hums, reps close, title clears, docs flow—you’re the reason it works
You’ll run a division, not follow instructions
You’ll lead a team, not just manage tasks
You'll be positioned to earn bonuses, overrides, and long-term equity as we grow
