UI/UX Designer [CLOSED]

The goal of the UI/UX Designer is to utilize user-centered design principles to produce and lead the creation of high-quality visuals and user workflows, from concept to execution, across a variety of Brandetize’s accounts. You will weave iconography, typography, color, space, and texture together to help users successfully navigate our client’s websites and funnels. You will collaborate with strategists, fellow designers, and developers to refine design systems, create supporting assets that help guide users to various KPI pages, and create innovative, intuitive, and great-looking designs that people benefit from and help aid in marketing goals.

Essential Duties & Core Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Ui/Ux strategies from wireframe to final tech hand-off
• Assist in ensuring the creative strategy is being upheld on each account as set by the Creative Director
• Modify, upgrade, and uphold existing websites, designs, and graphics
• Aid in creation of branding systems, logos, and supporting branding materials
• Create supporting assets that help bring in new and existing traffic to our client’s websites such as paid/social media, blog post images, product images, infographics
• Assist in the creation of assets to be used by video editors
• Contribute ideas and provide fresh insight for improvement

Minimum Position Qualifications, Education & Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design
• 1-3 years of graphic design experience with Ui/Ux experience
• Experience with Adobe Suite - must be proficient in Xd, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Solid understanding of design fundamentals and techniques as it relates to the web and branding
• Experience with CSS, responsive design, and mobile design
• Experience creating and implementing new design systems
• Ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centered design process
• Experience working with cross-functional, agile teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build good working relationships
• Experience using tech hand-off softwares like Zeplin is a plus
• Experience in various page builder programs such as Shopify, Elementor, and Thrive is a plus
• CRO (conversion rate optimization) knowledge a plus
• After Effects knowledge a plus
