Right now, the company is looking for a Travel Specialist to join their team.

This person will need to train in their airline booking system DEEM and then be the lead person responsible for making air bookings with the assistance of an admin team member that will help with logging and tracking. You will primarily be working within the booking portals to process reservations for the clients while reporting to the Founder or to the COO, and being in communication with 7 travel advisors and 3 admin team members as well.

During the first three months, you will have training that will include face-to-face video calls during the US working hours to go over processes for booking, company values, and other aspects that will help you be successful in the role. You will gradually receive more and more responsibility until you’re able to be fully independent and do bookings as needed. Tasks will be assigned via emails or slack, but the company may also use other technologies to manage workflow.

When it comes to the working hours, any time after 1 PM GMT to overlap with the rest of the team based in the US would be ideal, but because you’ll be booking reservations, there is room for flexibility to potentially work during different hours.

To be successful in this role, you need:

• Experience working in the travel industry
• Knowledge of flight booking nuances
• Excellent spoken English
• Acumen with travel terminology
