Working hours are based on EST time zone, ending around 2-3pm but to discussion.

About the role

As our TikTok Growth Hacker, you will be responsible for building on our current strategies and adding new ones to grow our TikTok shop revenue and overall brand awareness.

Some responsibilities include:

• Managing TikTok ads, influencer program and affiliates
• Optimize TikTok shop performance and take advantage of TikTok incentives and programs
• Improve content strategy and manage creators
• Grow TikTok GMV, keyword rankings, etc.

About you

• Tenacious, hard-working, analytical and not afraid of challenges
• A critically-thinking problem-solver who doesn't give up when obstacles arise
• Deeply knowledgeable and experienced with TikTok growth
• Responsible, accountable and one who takes initiative; taking ownership of your role without being “told what to do”
• Extremely organized with strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in getting things done
• Committed and a team player
