Right now, Brentwood Communications is looking for a Telesales Person to support the sales function within the group. This role will contribute to increased conversion rates & help the company provide better service to customers and prospects. You’ll be working full time from 8 AM to 05 PM UK time, with a lunch break included.
As a successful candidate, you will:
During the onboarding process, you will receive a week of training focused heavily on the values, mission & culture of the company. After you learn about the industry, products and services Brentwood Communications provides, you’ll need to readily jump into the deep end and take initiative. You’ll receive support whenever you need it - but hopefully won’t require a lot of hand-holding.
This role is perfect for someone who would enjoy working with a market leader in the UK, constantly looking for innovation and growth. If you are looking to be a part of a successful team while having ownership of your role, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!
To be successful in this role, you need excellent English skills and at least one year of experience in a similar role. Aside from these, the most important things are your attitude and mindset.
You can be trained on various tools, but what’s more important is that you’re invested in this role and have the ambition to reach the goals.
