As Marketing Manager you will be responsible for growing our network, reach and impact.
About the role
Role:
The role of the technical assistant is to ensure that all of the business operations are running smoothly with no issues and that the executive team is freed up from the details of the business to focus on growth and impact.
Outcomes:
Expected outcomes from the Marketing Manager are:
- Ensure all business operations are functioning at an optimal level
- Ensure the website copy is up to date and that everything is functioning properly
- Ensure that the CRM is up to date and that everyone is using it correctly
- Ensure that the founders going through our program are fully supported and have everything they need to succeed
- Ensure our email automations are set up properly and that the right people receive the right emails
- Ensure all events have their own webpage, Google Calendar events, Zoom links etc.
- Ensure that all website forms, integrations and Zaps are working properly
- All detail oriented ad hoc requests are done on time and with a high level of excellence

Competencies
- Ability to think in processes and systems
- Detail oriented and thorough
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Light coding skills - enough to edit Wordpress sites using Elementor
- Setting up automations, tags and triggers
- CRM management and upkeep
- Competence with GSuite and Google products
