We are looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to help us with the sourcing of the relevant technical and non-technical positions we have, alongside conducting screening interviews for the technical positions such as software developers. Our company is growing quickly and you will have a chance to learn a lot and grow with us! :)

As a part of our team, you will:

  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search on LinkedIn)
  • Interact with potential relevant candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing and Github)
  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Conduct video screening interviews with the shortlisted candidates for various technical positions
  • Make sure the shortlisted candidates meet all the requirements

We provide extensive training which includes introduction of all the aspects of the business. You’ll be interacting mostly with Slobi (our Recruitment Manager) as well as our entire recruitment and operations team.

Tools we use for management and communication:

  • Asana
  • Slack
  • Google Drive

As a successful candidate, you need to have:

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
  • Advanced spoken and written English
  • Experience with conducting screening interviews for technical positions
  • Good understanding and familiarity of frontend and backend development technologies and frameworks i.e. React, Javascript, PHP

Brownie points for any previous experience with Asana, Workable (or other ATS systems) and sourcing on Github.

In summary, you will enable us to improve the quality and speed of our technical candidate sourcing & help us ensure the quality of the technical candidates we put forward to our clients.

  • Monthly salary of $1200 - $1600*
  • 20 days of paid holiday per year
  • Friendly team & team retreats
  • Performance-related bonus scheme/profit share in the future
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week. We have some flexibility on when you work however we expect your core working hours to be normal office hours Monday to Friday.
