Technical Project Manager for Digital Agency needed – level up your skillset while working for a fast growing NYC company [CLOSED]

We are looking for someone who can initially learn our processes for delivering client results and eventually get to the point where they are improve and create new processes with direction from our CEO. We do not need a true developer, but knowledge of programming philosophy and able to connect different platforms will be a key to success. Key platforms we use include zapier, facebook ads, google adwords, google analytics, unbounce, stealthseminar, mailchimp, slack, asana, clickfunnels and gohighlevel. Knowledge of all of these platforms is not a prerequisite as we have training but knowledge of any of them will be a plus.

You’ll get to see the inside of an agency delivering real results, learn how to deliver those levels, and eventually improve and create new processes to support what we do for clients. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and has a strong attention to detail who we can trust to represent our brand to high level clients.

Our business has been growing extremely quickly through the quarantine and we expect it to continue. This is the second hire we are making in a month – our last hire started part time but is now full time in a leadership role! We are a growth minded team so if that excites you, you’ll fit right in.

The key qualities we are looking for are communication, problem solving and an ability to learn. We are NOT looking for someone with an existing, fully complete skillset in digital advertising (that’s what we do) – but this is a skillset you will acquire over the course of working for us. If you are a general VA or technical freelancer with a narrow skillset looking to get into higher level online marketing, this is the perfect job for you.

Your tasks will include:

  • Connecting different parts of marketing funnels using zapier and auditing those funnels for error

  • Making client reports and interpreting online advertising data across adwords, facebook and other platforms

  • Communicating with our team internally on platforms like slack, google sheets and asana. English language proficiency is required to communicate but there is NO client facing part of this role. We are welcoming of strong accents :)

  • Following proven process to optimize facebook and google ad accounts, test creative, etc

  • Basic technical tasks - editing unbounce pages, setting up autoresponder sequences, editing images in canva

  • Creating new processes and solving problems across the platforms we use to get better results for our team and clients (eventually)


You will have support from the founder of the company and will get direction from our Client Success Managers who work directly with clients. We take training and education very seriously so we have resources on anything you’ll be asked to do.
