Technical Project Manager [CLOSED]

In this role you will manage marketing and technical projects to ensure high quality delivery for our clients. You will start by learning the fundamentals of marketing used by technology startups in Silicon Valley, and then recruit hire and manage freelancers for projects as required. This job will be a mix of project management and direct contribution of work. You will complete each regular task yourself, help to document and perfect the process, and then look for freelancers to complete the process themselves. The right person will enjoy learning, have a high attention to detail, and feel uncomfortable when a project is behind schedule. * Learn fundamentals of marketing and deliver on basic tasks * Curate weekly newsletter of best new articles online about marketing and technology * Document processes and projects as case studies for future clients. * Ensure that projects are delivered on time and with high quality against the SOW * Manage resources, schedules, and budgets. * Define and implement client and team on-boarding processes. * Recruit talent bullpen and build project teams. Skills Required: * Excellent written English * Preference for excellent verbal English * Interest in marketing or software technology * Comfortable working alone and can motivate yourself without an office * History of finishing projects on time and on budget * Experience managing work of others Weekly Tasks: * Curate newsletter for clients (25%) * Manage schedule of tasks and provide status updates (25%) * Plan projects and recruit freelancers to complete projects (20%) * Manage freelancers and ensure successful delivery (20%) * Other tasks as needed (10%) Upcoming Projects: * Migrate website to new CMS * Produce client report on dashboard best practices * Develop premium version of newsletter for clients * Produce client report on email best practices To apply for this position, complete the application (http://goo.gl/forms/qXEOlLanB6BykIZ43) and include the word "wine" in your application.
