About the role

As a Technical Program Manager at My Business Care Team you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of innovative software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize our technology projects from conception through deployment, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects across multiple teams.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.

About you

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven working experience (3+ years) as a project manager in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
