Technical Marketing Assistant - 100% remote, part-time

Our company is Agents Invest, and we help US real estate investors and real estate agents achieve their goals of building passive income streams through real estate investing. We do this through our online membership, a 4-week training program, monthly webinars, virtual summits, and a referral program.

We are operating with two sister companies Agents Invest, focusing on real estate agents and Addicted To ROI, focusing on real estate investors. We need someone who is tech-savvy, hard-working, team worker, takes initiative and has high attention to details to help with the technical side of our marketing. This fully remote role is a great opportunity to really develop and grow with us. This person will work closely with the marketing manager and will be responsible for our CRM system (ActiveCampaign), managing websites (Wordpress) and landing pages (Leadpages). We need someone who has experience with email marketing as we send a high volume of emails weekly to different audiences.

You have...

• Experience in marketing automation workflows working with ActiveCampaign
• Experience with CMS Systems, like WordPress and know-how to create blog posts and update website content.
• Experience working with landing page tools, like Leadpages and know-how to create landing pages and product pages.
• The ability to have fun working in a team while also working independently
• Excellent written English a must
• Experience with on-site search engine optimization
• High attention to detail
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly, and adapt to changes quickly
  
  

Technical Marketing Assistant Responsibilities might include:

• Managing weekly email campaigns
  • The copywriter will write the content, we need someone to upload emails to ActiveCampaign, check links, add images, and schedule them to go out
• Managing the implementation of marketing automation projects for lead-acquisition (newsletters, email course, etc.) in ActiveCampaign
• Improve or maintain the existing email marketing automations
• Manage lists and tags in ActiveCampaign
• Reporting on and analysing the performance of marketing automation campaigns
  • ActiveCampaign: email results and leads
  • Google Analytics: traffic
• Being responsible for the content management in the CMS-System (WordPress)
  • Optimizing text for blog post
  • Uploading blog post to Wordpress
  • Adding UTM tagged links
  • Search Engine Optimization
• Updating content on the website
• Creating landing pages and product pages
• Managing LinkedIn Lead Generation

You must have experience, or can quickly learn, the following:

• ActiveCampaign (required)
• WordPress (required)
• Leadpages or similar Landing page tools
• Asana
• Google Analytics
• Yoast SEO

This is a part-time (10-15 hr/week) position, with possibility of increasing workload in the future. We are a fully remote working global team. We primarily operate on the PST time zone and our marketing team is in the European timezone. The flexibility to make your own hours is a key benefit to joining our team.
