Technical Level2 Support / System Administrator [CLOSED]

Full Time 5.00 USD Type: Hourly

Hi We are looking for a Junior L2 Support and/or System Administrator with experience in Web Services. This is a full-time position and follow skills are mandatory: - Knowledge about Internet protocols and how it work (HTTP, DNS, WS etc); - Basic knowledge about all web languages: HTML, HTML5, PHP, CSS, JS; - Good Windows (all) troubleshooter (drivers,antivirus, worms cleaning etc); - Knowing about Networks (IP Address, Router, Firewall, TCP, ICMP, UDP, QoS); - Comfortable in Linux, CLI (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian); - Ability to explore/learn web and desktop apps in short time; Some of your daily task will be: - Handle L2 escalated tickets from Support; - Get in contact with customer over Skype/TeamViewer to identify the issue; - Build a complete bug report for developers; - Monitor and keep update all sales Wordpres sites that we have; - Self-Learn our own products; - Handle pre/sales technical questions; You will be trained on apps that we use and how to use.
