As a Technical Estimator, the purpose is to select suitable specifications, providing quotes, and securing new flat roofing projects.

Key responsibilities:

🧾 Choose the right specification for each project.

📦 Price flat roofing projects accurately.

📑 Secure new projects and contribute to business growth.

💼 Address technical queries (Pre-contract award only).

Working Hours ⏰: Full-time position, with the flexibility to work from any location. A minimum of 4 hours of overlap with the UK time zone is required. Typically, working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the option for flexibility in start and stop times.

To excel in this role, you need to have: 

✅ Proven experience as a Technical Estimator in construction.

✅ Experience in a technical design role is also valued.

✅ Previous work as an estimator for a construction specialist subcontractor is a plus.

✅ Knowledge of roofing products is desirable.

✅ Proficiency in Excel
